APES Newsroom Has Now Closed – Here’s Where to Stay Connected

A New Chapter in How We Share News

We’d like to let our supporters, partners, and members know that the APES Newsroom website has now officially closed.

As part of our ongoing commitment to clarity, accessibility, and transparency, we’ve consolidated our communications into one central location on our main website:👉 https://www.apes.org.uk/mailing-lists

In addition, www.apesnews.org.uk will now automatically redirect to www.apes.org.uk, ensuring that anyone visiting the former Newsroom domain is seamlessly guided to our main organisational website.

This update means you can now access newsletters, campaign updates, appeals, educational resources, and organisational news in one streamlined, easy-to-navigate space.

Why We’ve Made This Change

At the Association of Protecting Exotic Species CIC (APES), our focus is always on animal welfare, responsible care, and public education. Over time, we recognised that operating a separate Newsroom site created unnecessary complexity for supporters trying to stay informed.

By bringing everything together:

  • ✔️ You can manage your mailing list preferences in one place

  • ✔️ You’ll find direct links to news sections for each APES division

  • ✔️ Updates are now clearer and easier to follow

  • ✔️ Our communications are more consistent across all services

  • ✔️ Visitors to the former Newsroom domain are automatically redirected

This move supports our wider goal of improving transparency and strengthening engagement with our community.

Direct Links to APES News Sections

To make access even simpler, we have added clear, direct links to key division news sections:

  • 🏛 APES CIC (Organisation, Policy & Campaigns)

  • 🐾 APES Shelter & Rescue (Rescue, Rehabilitation & Rehoming Updates)

  • 🩺 APES Pet Care Clinic (Preventative Care & Clinic Updates)

  • 👤 MyAPES Platform (Member Guidance & Service Updates)

Whether you are following rescue appeals, policy developments, clinic updates, or responsible pet care guidance, you can now navigate directly to the information most relevant to you.
